Obviously, anyone who’s reading this post has already heard that my favorite player from my childhood, the one, the only Shaq O’ Neal will be wearing wine and gold next year. There will be a lot of analysis from basically…uh, everyone until…uh, basically the end of next season about this from a basketball standpoint.
However, I will focus on the one element of this trade that no one else in the media seems to have picked up on yet: without a shadow of a doubt, lining up Shaq alongside LeBron and Delonte West will catapult a team that was already arguably the funniest in the league to heights of comedy that professional sports have never experienced and may never experience again.
To prove my point, I am going to be posting a series of video (and possibly some audio) clips of my favorite moments from each of these guys. When their powers combine next season…look out.
