After dropping 78 total points on a combined 33-43 shooting in two consecutive games in early March (33 against the Lakers on a Friday; 45 against the Raptors the Sunday immediately following), reporters asked Shaq what got into him to provoke this kind of major performance burst. Quoth Shaq in response:
