Cavs-Timberwolves Bazooka Point

In honor of tonight’s route of the Timberwolves, I thought I would take this opportunity to ask a simple question:

Would you at least attempt to watch all 82 Cavaliers games if they were as bad as Minnesota is this year?

I spent a lot of time going to and watching Cavs games when Ricky Davis and Darius Miles were running the floor. Still, it was no comparison to what I do now. And even then, I had never experienced anything like the Eastern Conference Finals in 2007 or the 66 win season of 2009 - I was only ten when the Cavs lost in the first round of the playoffs in 1989 after winning 57 games.

What would it be like going from this team now, with quite possibly the greatest player to ever play the game on it, back to something akin to what we experienced during the brief Randy Wittman tenure, circa 1999-2001?

It wouldn’t be pretty.

Then again, I still do watch the Browns and the Indians.

But I’ll end this post that started with a simple question with a simple answer and plea:

Dudes, cherish what we get to see night in and night out from the LeBron-led Cavaliers.

It won’t last forever.
