Also, Richardson is owed $14.4M next season, in the final year of his deal. The interesting part of this is that it would then give the Cavs another asset to try and utilize by the ‘10-‘11 trade deadline - although the full impact of expiring contracts next year might be mitigated by uncertainty surrounding the new CBA and possibility of a lockout in ‘11-‘12.
